Jorge Chang – Partner
As a seasoned professional in investments, corporate finance, and risk management, he has successfully led financial strategies for multinational companies and multilateral organizations. He leverages quantitative tools, analytical skills, and a robust education, holding master’s degrees in statistics, finance, and international business and policy from Georgetown University, to deliver strategic advice. Based in the DC area, he is committed to strong ethical values and cherishes traveling and playing guitar when not analyzing global business impacts.
Claudio Bonilla
Senior Counselor
An economist with over 20 years advising companies and governments across Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia, he brings to AndeanConnect the technical depth that underpins every mandate. Specializing in business valuation, financial modeling, and forensic-grade economic analysis, his experience spans economic damages estimation, financial litigation, regulation, competition, and corporate governance. He pairs a strong quantitative foundation — a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, along with degrees in Information & Management Control Engineering and Public Accounting & Auditing from Universidad de Chile. A dedicated reader, he draws from books a constant source of perspective and insight.
